  • A Beautiful Twelve Sided Dish with faux chinese marks Provence: Widcombe Manor This plate was formerly in the entrance hall of Widcombe Manor (The Golden House), the home of Horace Vachell, the author and used to receive calling cards. It was subsequently given to DCM Prichard by Mrs Lydia Vachell , his daughter whose ancestor Lucy Vachell had married George Long whose daughter Lucy Long had married George Hardinge whose son Henry Hardinge became the 1st Viscount.
